Returns & Refund
RETURN
Since our gel wraps are considered a beauty and cosmetic product, for health and hygiene reasons, only unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in perfect (original) condition, unused, and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return the item to us in its original condition. Please do not return to the sender's address, instead contact infol@dannitoni.com to confirm the proper address for return shipping.
Simply return your items to the address provided on your return slip. Please note, this is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for the return postage at your local post office.
Please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount back to store credit.
HOW TO FILE A RETURN
Please email us at infol@dannitoni.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you. Please print the return label we send you, tape it onto the package, and put the package back in your mailbox for USPS to pick up. Please also include the original packing slip with your return. Otherwise, we will be unable to identify your order.
Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. Danni & Toni will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 8-12 business days of receipt at our facility. PayPal will arrive in 2-3 Business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.
- All sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
- All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
- Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
- Free Gifts must be returned along with the return item.
- Member DT coins will be deducted upon return.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process and then place a new order.
DANNITONI.COM WEBSITE PURCHASES
Claims for defective items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email infol@dannitoni.com with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Without the accompaniment of photos, it will be difficult to assist you. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or a refund, depending on the inventory.
In some cases it is difficult to deem the issue a result of product quality, however, we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue by providing our product expertise.
RETAIL PURCHASES
If an item was not purchased directly from dannitoni.com, we, unfortunately, do not have the ability to issue a refund for it. Please return the item to the retailer from which you purchased the item. The majority of our retail partners offer a satisfaction-guaranteed return policy. However, if you truly believe the item is defective, please email us with photos of the application and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We will try our best to help.
